Meal Plan
The Convergence® Meal Plan offers a chance to relax and dine with friends in a bistro atmosphere while also providing the convenience of avoiding crowds and staying close to the Convergence® activities. All meals are plated and served. Vegetarian options available. For questions about dietary restrictions, call HGA at (678) 730-0010.
Review the menu options and select the meals you would like to include with your registration. Lunch is $42, and dinners are $53. Price is inclusive of tax and tip.

Lunch: Seared chicken breast with lemon caper sauce, herb-roasted broccoli florets, sweet potato mash, and a choice of tea or lemonade
Dinner: Local garden salad, mini meatloaf with au jus, roasted potatoes, garlic green beans, and strawberry shortcake

Dinner: Caesar salad, herbed roasted chicken, spinach and mushroom orzo, broccolini, and vanilla cake with seasonal fruit compote
Friday, August 14, 2026
Dinner: Chicken & sausage gumbo, boudin stuffed pork loin, over braised greens with creole au jus, roasted baby carrots, and warm bread pudding with vanilla sauce
Saturday, August 15, 2026
Dinner: Spinach salad, blackened chicken with pasta and Cajun alfredo sauce, and espresso chocolate cake with berry compote
Sunday, August 16, 2026
Dinner: Roasted butternut squash soup, herb-crusted chicken breast with red wine jus (Roasted chicken breast, mashed potatoes, asparagus spears), and pecan pie tart
A cash bar will be available for the evening events.

Meal Plans must be purchased by August 6, 2026.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests for meals must be made by emailing HGA@WeaveSpinDye.org. Cancellation requests received:
- By January 30, 2026 - Receive a 75% refund
- By May 12, 2026 - Receive a 50% refund
- After May 12, 2026 - Non-refundable
