Damaged Print Issues
If your issue frequently arrives damaged and your mailbox is sufficiently sized, then check with the post office to see if the magazine arrives in good condition.

Late or Missed Print Issues
Shuttle Spindle & Dyepot is mailed from Ohio via periodicals mail around the 25th of each month. The U.S. Post Office does not guarantee the delivery of periodicals mail within a specific time frame. Delivery time depends on where in the USA the magazine is being delivered to, and mail volume at processing offices between the point of mailing and point of delivery. We find that delivery normally takes between 7 and 14 business days. For addresses in Hawaii and Puerto Rico, part of the delivery takes place via mail boat and can take four weeks or more. Delivery times vary to different zip codes even within the same city.
If you live in the USA and your issue is late, we ask that you wait until the 17th of any month before requesting a replacement copy. If you live in Canada or overseas, we ask that you wait until the 25th of the month before requesting a replacement copy. Your magazine should not be considered late or missed unless it arrives after these dates.
If you have missed an issue, HGA may have an incorrect address on file. Please click here to verify your address. Once you are logged into your account, from the dropdown menu where it asks, “What would you like to do?” select “Manage My Addresses”.
Your magazine may also have stopped being delivered due to an expired membership. Click here to check your membership status. Once you are logged into your account, from the dropdown menu where it asks, “What would you like to do?” select “Review My Membership”.

To comply with CAN-SPAM regulations, HGA requires that members request access to the online publication. If you do not have access currently, you can request it by emailing Membership@WeaveSpinDye.org. Please allow 10 to 14 business days for your request to be processed. Once added to the system, you will use your email address as your login name and your HGA Member number as your password.
